Terry Liittschwager's Officially Unofficial, Rarely Visited,

Curiously Chaotic Website

Welcome to my website. It wasn't designed with the public in mind, but feel free to browse whomever you are. I set up the domain in February 2010 for FTP purposes for DOS software I originally wrote in 1988 and that was used through the years at three airlines for Boeing 727, 747, and 767 aircraft, Douglas DC-9 and DC-10 aircraft, and Lockheed L-1011 aircraft. The last regular usage of the program stopped in 2016, so it had a 28 year life span. That's pretty good, if I do say so myself, for an old DOS program. For personal historical purposes, I've left some information about that program in the AVIATION > AIRCRAFT W&B > DOS W&B LINKS reachable in the navigation panel

In 2011 I decided I wanted to learn Javascript. A rewrite of that old DOS weight and balance program was an obvious application to use to do that. It has been on again, off again project that I still work on occasionally to keep my aging brain active, and I have indeed learned basic Javascript. You can reach the working Javascript Weight & Balance program here or use the link in the navigation panel. Like the old DOS program, it's available without charge to anyone wishing to use it.

I also use the domain for personal and family stuff and for experimentation. It all results in the hodgepodge you see in the navigation pane. If you wish to visit a more meaningful and more focused site, check out my wife's website:
